Place was super clean

Stayed here for a week in March 2024. Place was super clean. Stayed in Villa. With a beautiful little private pool big enough for all 4 of us. Beds were above par and rooms were larger than expected.. the actual resort: the restaurant was good and nice tables out on the pool deck. Service was fine. Breakfast was good every day. Fresh fruits sealed the deal for me.. the walk to beach was short and sweet. Beach has both pure sand and rocks options with sunsets to die for... Ohh and waves,...

The facility itself was first-rate

Our family group of 6 had a wonderful stay at Cala Luna. The facility itself was first-rate. The restaurant was excellent -- the best in Tamarindo. The staff were friendly, attentive and professional. There was peace and quiet for those who wanted to relax. The front desk arranged memorable tours for those who wanted to get out and about. The hotel's transportation service -- Transportes Retana Molina -- made getting in and out of Tamarindo very easy. It was a great week!
