Sonesta Hotel Cartagena

Wonderful hotel with an exceptional bar and wonderful resting places. They serve Juan Valdez coffee in their cafeteria and restaurant.

Amazing customer service at a great price, nestled away from the busy streets of Cartagena. And you have full access to walk to the beach and two pools to enjoy. And Johnny and Erick are fantastic. I would not just label them has deal clerk and bellsman. They were my go-to guys for anything that I needed during my stay.

This is the best 4star hotel in Cartagena. The hotel is cleaned and I enjoyed the breakfast buffet.Good customer service service and the employees are very hospitality and nice to you.

First of all, we will come back not doubt. The placee is beautiful, the food it’s delicious and the service is outstanding! The crew was magnificent, the bartender Jade makes the best Mojitos ever, and their captain Sebastian made us feel so welcome, and the whole crew including Adalberto, Yainelis, Lina, Wendy, and Alonso made our stay the most memorable and wonderful experience. We traveled with a toddler and everyone were so helpful and understanding, we really appreciate it all of you.

I stayed at Sonesta Cartagena for my 23rd birthday which was one of the best hotels I stayed at. Upon checking in I was greeted with pleasant smiles and a complimentary beverage. The check-in process was easy and simple. I was assigned a very beautiful room with great views. The day of my birthday after I returned from an excursion I was greeted with a complimentary dessert with an heartfelt birthday note. Which was super sweet and kind.
