Our packages always include access to our historic and iconic wedding venue for both your ceremony and reception, along with wood crossback chairs, matching harvest wood tables, a dedicated venue coordinator, access to the third floor, and our Platinum Decor collection. The Platinum package is perfect for couples who want us to provide the essential foundation, while allowing the flexibility to design their dream wedding à la carte. From there, our offerings extend all the way to our Legacy package — a fully inclusive experience featuring alcoholic beverages, all services and rentals, exclusive access to both floors from 8:00 AM to 2:00 AM, artificial florals, every decor collection, plus a DJ, officiant, and a Day-of Coordinator to ensure everything runs seamlessly.

Amazing BuildingAmazing Building
Absolutely gorgeous building! 4 Levels of beautiful spaces. Rented an area for a photography session and I couldn't be happier with how the pictures in this building turned out! Elizabeth was very accommodating and just an overall awesome person to work with. We’re so glad we got to celebrate our wedding day at The Pendennis Weddings and Events. Elizabeth and her team are kind and really know how to execute an event. I appreciated the quick communication we consistently received. Our wedding day was lovely thanks to their team, (shoutout to MJ for being awesome) they truly executed our vision! And of course, the venue is simply stunning. It’s such a dynamic space, our guests couldn’t stop talking about it!We’re so glad we got to celebrate our wedding day at The Pendennis Weddings and Events. There are truly not enough amazing things to say about the Pendennis venue and team. We changed wedding venues with only 3 months to plan, and Elizabeth made the process seamless. She was so incredibly accommodating and the communication was fantastic. MJ (our coordinator for the day) was also amazing and such a pleasure to work with. The space was stunning and our guests could not stop talking about how beautiful all the different areas were.There are truly not enough amazing things to say about the Pendennis venue and team. We had come from another event company who told us 6 weeks before our wedding that our venue wouldn't be completed in time and we had to scramble to find somewhere available. I reached out to Elizabeth, who thankfully had our date available.If I could give more than 5 stars I would, The Pendennis Weddings and Events went above and beyond for our wedding for the most beautiful stress free day I could have hoped for. Do you cater?

We do! We have an amazing Red Seal Chef, Tamara Solon, who can cook the most amazing buffet dinners, private chef’s plate dinners, appetizers, charcuterie tables, and more. You can see more details here: https://www.thependennisweddingsandevents.com/culinaryarchitects

Do we have to book your cater?

You do not! It’s important for us to be flexible so, while some events or event dates do require the use of our catering, most do not, specifically, weddings! Book whoever you feel is the best fit.

Do you have a winter package/discount?

We do! From January through April we offer a $2,000 discount on the Platinum Package and a $4,000 discount on the Luxury Package, plus extras like space heaters and a fire pit and a $500 credit towards rentals!

Do you have a Thursday or Friday Discount

We do! Thursday and Friday bookings are 50% off the wedding package!

Can you book for just a ceremony or reception?

No, and yes! Our wedding packages are all full-day packages so no discount is provided for a reception-only wedding. Often the florist and other vendors still need full day access for set up and deliveries. We do not accept ceremony-only bookings. If a wedding is booked at the venue, no other booking would be accepted that day.

Can our guests stay during turnover?

They cannot. The team needs access to the elevators to move in reception tables, and are often working with the caterer, florist, and DJ to get ready. It is uncomfortable for guests to be in the building during this changeover.
