Your wedding experience includes access to the grounds for ceremonies and photography, professional service staff and venue coordination, a bridal getting-ready lounge, indoor and outdoor ceremony options, tables, wooden cross-back chairs, linens, dinnerware, glassware, flatware, gift and cake tables, free guest parking, and four complimentary overnight guest rooms with Wi-Fi. Premium plug-and-play sound and lighting is available. Couples may select their own vendors or work with our preferred partners. A photo booth is also available to rent.
Food & Beverage
Strathmere offers in-house catering and bar service, including hors d’oeuvres, appetizers, a main dish with dessert, late-night food stations, and two complimentary glasses of wine. Professional wait and bar staff are included.
Planning & Accommodation
Our experienced venue coordinators provide guidance from planning through your wedding day, including timelines, logistics, and ceremony details. Ceremony rehearsals are included, with the option to add a dinner afterward.

What is the food and beverage minimum?
The Farmhouse has a $12,000 minimum food and beverage spend.
Can we have an outdoor ceremony?
Yes! Outdoor ceremonies are encouraged from April through December, weather permitting. the Farmhouse has beautiful outdoor ceremony options surrounded by the natural landscape. Indoor ceremony options are also available for winter weddings or inclement weather.
What time is the wedding ceremony? How late can our wedding reception go?
For dinner receptions, ceremonies begin at 4:30 pm at the Farmhouse. The last call for the Farmhouse is 1:00 am
What is included with the wedding package?
Inclusions include tables, wooden cross-back chairs, linens, dinnerware, glassware, flatware, lantern centerpiece, wooden table numbers, gift and cake tables, bridal getting-ready space, venue coordination, professional service staff, guest parking, ceremony options, four complimentary overnight guest rooms, and access to the grounds for photography.

Are getting-ready spaces available?
Yes. Bridal getting-ready spaces are available as part of the wedding experience, allowing the wedding party to prepare on-site before the ceremony.
Is overnight accommodation available? Is parking available?
Yes! Strathmere offers overnight accommodations with Wi-Fi. Four complimentary overnight guest rooms are included with our wedding package, with additional accommodations available based on availability.
Free guest parking is available on-site.
Can we take our wedding photos on the property?
Absolutely. Couples have access to designated photography locations throughout the grounds, including beautiful gardens, orchards, mature trees, historic buildings, and outdoor spaces.
Is there a rain plan?
Yes. Strathmere offers indoor ceremony options in the event of rain or inclement weather. Your venue coordinator will work with you on the appropriate weather plan for your wedding.
