How do I go about book and confirming my event?
To confirm a booking, a non-refundable deposit and signed copy of the contract is required.
When do I need to place my food and beverage order?
Food and beverage order is due 30 days in advance and your final guests count is due 10 business days prior to your event.
Can I bring my own food?
Outside food is not permitted, and leftover food may not be packed to-go. Exceptions are made for cakes or cupcakes from a licensed bakery; please note that a fee may apply. Inquire with the Catering Manager for details.
Can you accommodate allergies and dietary restrictions?
Our Chef can accommodate any dietary restrictions with a 10 business day notice.
Is the menu customizable?
Please contact the Catering Manager regarding any desired menu changes. Note that surcharges may apply depending on the request and are subject to the Chef's approval.
Can I bring in my own entertainment?
Yes. Please note that SOCAN and Re:Sound fees apply to all events. Entertainers must provide their own equipment, except tables and chairs. Our house sound system is suitable for speeches and background music only; it is not intended for dancing. Additionally, items cannot be dropped off in advance and must be removed the same evening.
Can I take photos on the golf course?
You are welcome to take photos on the green space outside the banquet room and near the 18th Tee. Please note that for safety reasons, the golf course itself is off-limits for photos.
Are there any restrictions on decor?
Confetti, rice, glitter, and similar items are strictly prohibited on the premises. Candles are permitted only if they are contained; tapered candles are not allowed due to fire hazards. Please note that sparklers and smudging are also not permitted.
