The Saskatoon restaurant has been a local favourite since opening in 2018. In 2024, Hearth was named to the 100 Best Restaurants in Canada list for the third time. At spot No. 88 they are the only Saskatchewan restaurant on the list this year. Hearth is led by co-owners and chefs Beth Rogers and Thayne Robstad, who have been working together in the Canadian food scene, including stints in Vancouver and Toronto, since 2008.
