Definitely my personal favorite restaurant in Montreal. The food is amazing, both in quality, taste and presentation. The menu changes slightly over time, which makes every experience a bit different and unique. Chef Mathieu is definitely on another level. The service by Loïc is also a major force behind the experience; he is very knowledgeable and nice, bringing his touch to the service. Marie-Suzanne and Loic were 2 remarkable servers, this pub is exceptional!!! A culinary orgasm that definitely deserves a mention in this sense. We had an exceptional evening with remarkable hosts. The cuisine is to die for! I have rarely had emotion at this level! Their way of serving raw fish is just to die for! I was moved by the cuisine of its exceptional chefs! Thank you again and you will be a must for us! Thank you a thousand times for this evening!!! ❤️
