Pinnacle Hotel at the Pier

Had our wedding reception of 25 here on Friday Oct 26th we were so happy with how we were treated from start to finish. The food was 5 stars!! Staff was so accommodating at the reception..totally beautiful venue!! Thx for making our wedding extra amazing!! The wedding coordinater Talia was super nice...confused us a bit on pricing and back and forth emails...but in the end it all worked out

We had our wedding at the pinnacle hotel. They offered a great package for our small wedding ceremony on their rooftop patio. The view was amazing! And most importantly, Laura, the wedding and catering manager of the hotel, who was in touch with us from the beginning to the end of our wedding helped with our wedding thoroughly and professionally the entire time. She was awesome! She was always quick to respond to any inquiries we ask and she was always very thorough, polite and professional...

We booked to stay for the weekend as my daughter got married. The rooms were really nice and we had a great view over the harbour. We also had dinner in the restaurant after the wedding with our party and was very happy with the food and service. The only criticism I had was I thought the restaurant could have given us a complimentary bottle of wine or dessert as a nice gesture for my daughter's wedding.

Laura and her staff were so amazing to work with. They helped us adapt our wedding when covid restrictions kept changing. We ended up having the best day, despite the constant changes we had to make. Laura and her team did an amazing job catering to our wishes. The food was delicious, and the staff did an amazing job making sure everything was perfect.

Thank you Laura for being so prompt and easy to work with! You really helped put our minds at ease. We really felt like we were in good hands. Talia, thank you for the seamless changeover after Laura left for Mat Leave. Having our wedding reception at The Pinnacle at the Pier was worth every penny. The staff at the reception were so professional and really paid attention to our guests! Also, we can’t forget to mention how nice and clean the rooms were! The harbour side was so beautiful!

Though I didn't stay at this hotel I did have occasion to visit and found it to be a great place! My niece got married last weekend and they had their reception at the Poligon Gallery, just around the corner from this hotel. Several wedding guests stayed here as the couple had arranged group rates and I heard really good comments about their stay. I also parked my car in their underground parking lot and found the staff friendly and helpful, both when I was telephoning for parking information...
