Pathways on Pleasure Valley is an event venue located in Uxbridge, Ontario, that specializes in providing an authentic and tranquil setting to celebrate weddings and other special events. This farm venue provides breathtaking scenery complete with serene forest trails and more than 225 acres of naturally beautiful surroundings.Facilities and capacityIts facilities include both indoor and outdoor spaces, perfect for small to medium-sized weddings. The indoor event space can accommodate up to 70 guests for a sit-down dinner, however, if it is combined with the outdoor space it can accommodate up to 200 guests with a tent. The couple has exclusive usage of the venue both indoor and outdoor facilities to create a fantastic wedding experience and their venue only hosts one event a day!Services offeredPathways on Pleasure Valley offers couples the following services for their wedding day:- Full use of the venue, including picturesque locations for your photography needs from 10 AM to ~ 1 AM - Exclusive use of the entire venue area, this includes the use of our chalet, patio, and outdoor space - Tables and Linens - Gold Chiavari chairs for the reception - White resin folding chairs for the ceremony - Wedding cake table with linen - Gift & guest book tables with linen - Bridal suite with full-length mirror and sofa - Professional DJ up to 11 hours - Tent with window walls, lighting, and dance floor - Catering / Bar - Set up / Clean up (service provided by in-house caterer) CuisineThe rental of our venue does not include the quote for the caterer, We highly recommend that you schedule an appointment with any one of our preferred in -house caterer and take advantage of their complimentary food tasting to help you decide on the menu. At Pathways, we only allow catering from one of our preferred in-house caterers. Please keep in mind that they can customize the menu to fit your budget and needs better. We have curated an elite selection of in-house caterers for you to choose from. Not only do they cater to different dietary restrictions, but our caterers also offer the highest quality of foods and services.The flexible serving style can accommodate the following cuisine options which include the buffet, cocktail reception, dessert, family-style, outside cake, and plate.Catering package included in all of their packages offers:- Uniformed service staff - Pre-reception staff setup of all personal tabletop décor - Set up and tear down of all linens (linens provided by venue) - Latenight staff to clean throughout the night including folding up tables and stacking chairs - Senior management or manager on site from arrival until the end of the event - China, cutlery, glassware (reception), plastic glass (cocktail) - Service of the meal and cleanup (see kitchen rules below) - Complimentary cake cutting - A Bartender Other servicesPathways on Pleasure Valley also provides other services which include:- Firepit - Horseshoe Pits - Games area - Horseback riding - Horse-drawn wagon rides - Pony ride - Corporate events
