We make everything in house including gin, vodka, unaged rye and barrel aged cocktails. There's something about September in Banff; town is a little quieter, the mornings are brisk and afternoons warm, and if you're lucky you'll see the larches turn a brilliant shade of yellow. Friends and family can make their way from a sun-soaked outdoor ceremony to Park Distillery where they can dine, dance and celebrate well into the night. Guests are greeted with a house-made Park cocktail and appetizers, while enjoying the last few warm summer rays on the patio. Once it is time to get the party started, the room will be cleared for dancing and late night laughter around a crackling fire.
