Wedding: January

Staff was super friendly

Staff was super friendly and made us feel very welcome! Rooms were spacious, super clean and comfortable. Super close to Eaton Centre. We will definitely stay here again. Especially loved the fact we were able to store our luggage after check-out and didn't have to lug it around the mall prior to our evening flight.

Highly recommend this place!

Highly recommend this place! I had a lovely stay, the staff was friendly, and the room was very nice; it had a little kitchen and even a washer and drier, and the restroom was one of the pretties I’ve ever seen in a hotel. The excellent location is in the middle of downtown, within walking distance of some tourist places. Highly recommend staying here if visiting Toronto.

Stayed for 13 nights while visiting for work. Very smart rooms, with good WiFi, coffee facilities, and clean and bright bathroom. Staff helpful and friendly, great location

Stayed overnight with a friend after attending a concert at Scotia Bank Arena. Wonderful stay, an especially immaculate room, and friendly , professional staff members.

The hotel did not disappoint

We traveled to Toronto for our 5 year wedding anniversary and the hotel did not disappoint. Especially after driving thru a snow storm to get there. The rooms were large and really nice. Awesome having a large mini fridge in the room as well. Not sure why people were saying that the furniture was outdated; I thought it was modern. Nice having a bar and a 24 hour restaurant on site and just steps away from the Eaton centre.
