I love everything about this hotel

Excellent!! We stayed in the one bedroom king suite. It was wonderful!! Very clean and updated. Full sized kitchen and great sized patio with ocean views!! Soft bed and plenty of amenities. The front desk staff is knowledgeable and kind. I love everything about this hotel and can't wait to go back!!

We love this place!

We love this place! Excellent view of the water and the mountain range across the street from our room balcony. Nice beach to walk during the day or night. Plenty of restaurants and ice cream parlors along Marine Drive, all within walking distance. Great service! Special mention of Onya who always goes out of her way to make sure our stay is nothing short of spectacular.

We stayed 1 night here and wish it was more. The front desk staff was absolutely on point. She helped me upgrade the room to a king suite and had a view of the Ocean. I definitely recommend this location, the room was very spacious, clean and bed was comfy. I recommend anyone to stay here

We will 100% stay there again

My husband and i stayed at the Ocean Promenade for our wedding anniversary last weekend. What a wonderful time! The room was spotless, the towels white and fluffy, comfy beds, spotlessly clean and fresh bedding. The front desk staff were so friendly and polite! We will 100% stay there again...only we will be bringing our car next time.. our truck was too tall to get in the underground parking! 😂
