Le Germain Hotel Ottawa

We were in town for a wedding and stayed an extra night at Le Germain for a relaxing night away. The service was exceptional as the front desk staff were prompt and courteous. Our King suite was a surprise upgrade and the turn down service that night was such an amazing bonus we weren’t anticipating. The room was spacious and quiet. The soaker tub did not disappoint my high expectations. I’m certain we’ll be back.

We just stayed at Le Germain for our wedding with all of your guests and it was such a wonderful experience. The customer service was top notch and the rooms are beautiful and unique. The manager of the bar even stayed open for our group and was very accommodating. Thank you! Highly recommend this hotel !

My wife and I stayed in a King Classic on our wedding night and it was AMAZING. The shower is incredible. We will 100% come back.

Recently had a stay at a Le Germain suite for my wedding weekend. Not only were they incredibly accommodating as far as graciously sending up extra glassware, towels, and chairs, but my hair stylist and makeup artist also emphatically told me that the staff was incredibly accommodating of them with their questions. Absolutely awesome hotel. Really enjoyed our stay in these funky and super comfortable rooms. They were kind enough to provide us with champagne flutes on the night of what should have been our wedding. I would definitely stay here again and consider Le Germain and their sister company Alt Hotel to be my first choice of hotel.
