La Fabrique

Facing the St-Louis square, between the Latin Quarter and Le Plateau, La Fabrique delights your senses. First in 2008, with its central kitchen completely open to the view of guests, chef-co-owner Jean Baptiste Marchand knew how to charm with his detail-oriented cuisine. In 2018, La Fabrique moved to the neighboring premises and still offers comforting, unpretentious and up-to-date cuisine. This new space will seduce you with its spacious decor, its bright bar, as well as its terrace facing the park.
