Kwa'lilas Hotel

Our Hotel features a total of over 4,255 square feet of meeting and event rooms including a large ballroom with an over-height ceiling plus four additional meeting rooms that can accommodate anything from small, intimate gatherings to large events in Port Hardy, BC. Our ballroom is suitable for up to 120 people seated at tables or 250 people for a stand-up reception. We have a variety of meeting spaces for single events or to accommodate conferences that require breakout areas. We have three meeting rooms that are able to accommodate a range of 50 to 100 people, a boardroom for 16 people, and a combination office/meeting room workspace for 6 people. Each of our banquet rooms can accommodate social distancing, while each space is bright and airy with large windows to let in natural light and blackout blinds for the option to darken the space for presentations. Each meeting room has climate control for the comfort of your guests. A/V equipment is available for rent.
