Hotel St Paul

I was booked at a different location for my stay in Montreal, first check that the other place did in fact take dogs. I was bringing my service dog in training with me. Upon arrival at the other place I was not even let in the front door despite my dog being trained as a service dog! Being an ASD/ADHD person I was extremely distressed. A few hours later I was welcomed into St. Paul Hotel by incredible staff. Their kindness and compassion in this critical situation was comforting.
