Holiday Inn Express Yorkton East, an IHG Hotel

The thing that most impressed me was the assistance of a staff member when I was at check out after my first stay. I had never had any assistance before in all my other work trips ( which is a lot over many years of travel). This person made a big difference and improved my day tremendously. The staff at the yorkton establishment go above and beyond!!!

The stay hasn't happened yet but the customer service I received from Kim was extraordinary! From the moment she answered the phone, her voice was cheerful and friendly, she completely understood my predicament and solved the issue in an instant with no issues, even though the mistake was mine. I was blown away and she completely made my day! Thank you so much for being customer friendly. I'm an Exec Assistant and book lots of travel. This has been the best service I've received in years!
