First opening our doors in 2010 with Fishbone Bistro on Main St in Stouffville, our Mediterranean offerings grew in popularity and the Bistro quickly became the neighbourhood spot – often finding Chef Pedro working in the kitchen or serving up cocktails behind the bar.
With the support from the community and dedication from our teams, Fishbone expanded with 3 additional locations. Throughout our expansion of Fishbone Culinary Concepts, we have continued to ensure that we are still providing that same culture and experience day in and day out. The goal for our restaurants is to offer delicious food, friendly hospitality and an inviting location to make memories.

This location is available for private bookings between May and September for groups of 50 to 180 guests.
There is a minimum spend of $30,000 to be used towards food and beverage consumption for any private event.
This venue is outdoor only and can accomodate 180 guests for cocktail party (limited seating), 140 seated guests with no dance area and 120 seated guests with a dance area.
