Astoundingly good food with some very high highs and a couple lows. Some of the most perfectly cooked lamb and duck confit I have eaten in my life.
Bone marrow appetizer, chai creme brulee, and miso brussels (albeit slightly overcooked imo) were also delicious.
Oddly, the only thing I wasn't great were the signature popovers. They were curiously underseasoned, not particularly flavourful beyond a slight eggy flavour, and the dusting of Kraft Parmesan didn't do much for me...
