We have been busy hosting private social events celebrating Birthday parties, Engagement and Wedding receptions, Bridal and Baby showers, Graduations, Memorial Services, Quinceañera and Bat Mitzvah Parties - Whatever you are celebrating, check out what we can offer. We are 5 minutes walk from Dows Lake or a short drive to the Dominion Arboretum/Ornamental Gardens all of which are great photography backdrops.Our Large Room is also available weekdays and evenings for Business meetings, conferences, training classrooms, workshops, games night or movie screenings as equipped with a surround Sound System and 3D projector. As an empty room it would be ideal for dance lessons, yoga classes etc as would our Main Hall at the weekends.Main Hall- Room is 48.5 feet long and 26 feet wide with a 9.5 feet wide stage and high cathedral ceilings.
- There is capacity for dining at circular tables for 56 and at rectangular for 72-92 people, over 110 if you also rent our raised area. Theater seating and reception style can accommodate 110.
- Booking time should include any set-up/decorating & Breakdown time you require.There is a 4 hour minimum rental at $1095 with $199 per additional hour.
- Our inclusive package for up to 10 hours with 16’ of Buffet Tables is $1633.
- Rates include up to 110 chairs but round or rectangle tables for dining would need to be rented which we can organize on your behalf along with Linens, Dinnerware, Flatware & Glasses and alternative chairs. Also any kind of decoration.
- Also included is a great surround sound system, MC Podium, Microphone with stand and a Projector. We can provide a 150” projector screen for $75.
- There are ceiling fans, Heating and AC, and dimmable lights.
- Event Set-Up and Walk Away Services are available with additional fees.
Large Room- Room is 43 feet long and 22 feet wide with bench seating for casual seating and great for dance parties.
- The rental rate is $79.00 per hour with a set-up/breakdown/cleaning fee of $99. We also have an inclusive rate for up to 10 hours for $698.
- There is a great surround sound system, projector and 40 blue chairs and 14 rectangle tables which are included in the hourly rate. Ask about our Disco package for dance parties.
- There is capacity for 48-52 dining at our rectangular tables or 44 using rented circular tables. Theater style can accommodate 70 and Reception/Cocktail style can accommodate 80 with room for a corner buffet.
