Hi Everyone, We skied Lake Louise one day and then decided that we wouldn’t ski a second day. We checked in at the hotel on New Years Eve and they were completely booked. We were able to get a full refund and decided to have dinner and drive back to Calgary. Harshmen helped us, he was super friendly and never even charged us a cancellation fee. Thank you so much, we will be back next summer. Highly reccomend. I have stayed here twice before.

The staff was friendly and views amazing!

We stayed 3 nights, the kids loved the indoor pool and slide, as well as the game room which provided hours of entertainment for the whole family. The staff was friendly and views amazing! It is near the train tracks but honestly I never heard them honk and it didn't wake us. Would definitely stay again!
