Not only is the venue very beautiful but the staff is super nice and very accommodating. They are also very flexible and will cater to your needs. They are always willing to work with you. The wedding held there on the 15th June was fantastic. The venue provided excellent service with not a single issue. Everything was well prepared and executed, right down to a care package for a family member who was not able to attend. Thankyou for the hard work and to all the staff who gave us a wonderful experience right to the end of the evening. My expectations were exceeded with the the amount of work and care the owners had put in to the event. The atmosphere was grand but at the same time managed to feel very intimate, which in my opinion was the fact that this is a family run operation. The space easily accommodated all attendees with room to spare. The kids were kept busy via a playground that's easily visible from the patio.I've attended my first "golf course" wedding and Buncrana was where it all took place. Buncrana is run with such Integrity as well, Valentina and her parents won’t price gouge you!Buncrana was an absolute dream wedding venue! How far in advance should we book?
Most couples book 12–24 months in advance, especially for Saturdays. We are currently booking 2027–2028, with limited 2026 availability remaining.
Do you hold dates?
Dates are secured with a signed agreement and a 50% non-refundable deposit.
What is your capacity?
Our venue accommodates up to 104 guests for a seated reception.
Is there a minimum guest count?
Our packages are designed for a minimum of 40 guests, but we’re happy to accommodate smaller celebrations with custom pricing.
What does your pricing include?
Our packages are designed to be inclusive and typically cover venue rental, catering, bar service, staffing, and key rentals—making planning simple and stress-free.
Are there any additional fees?
There is a mandatory $400 cleaning fee added to all invoices. Optional enhancements such as upgraded bar packages, décor setup, and specialty experiences can be added to customize your day.
Do we have to use your caterer?
We work with preferred catering partners to ensure a seamless experience. Outside caterers may be accommodated with prior approval and an additional coordination fee.
What bar options do you offer?
We offer cash bar, and full open bar packages, with the option to upgrade selections or add signature cocktails.
Can we bring our own alcohol?
All bar service is provided through the venue to ensure compliance with licensing and insurance requirements.
What is the payment schedule?
50% deposit to secure your date
25% due 3 months prior
Final balance due 14 days before your wedding
