Our flat-rate pricing ensures simplicity in budgeting throughout the year. This rate comprises a $2,500.00 rental fee, encompassing all reception essentials such as furniture arrangement, cleanup, and bartender services, all managed by our team. Additionally, there's a minimum spend requirement of $8,000 on food and beverage, covering everything from a morning-of breakfast delivered to your room to the late-night snacks for you and your guests.
