We offer a unique wedding package with the opportunity to rent the Great Room for your ceremony and afternoon reception, and have your group stay at the Lodge. We are happy to connect you with local wedding vendors to create the wedding of your dreams. Our wedding venues: The Great Room is located on the 2nd floor of Basecamp Lodge Canmore, giving perfect views of stunning Mount Lady MacDonald and Grotto Mountain. With large and wide windows, the room creates a gorgeous backdrop worthy of all celebrations. This indoor ceremony space can comfortably seat up to 30 guests. You would be required to arrange décor, witnesses and an officiant to attend the wedding. At Basecamp Lodge Canmore we have 30 stunning rooms including a mixture of King, Double Queen and Deluxe Rooms. Additionally, Micro Suites are available with full kitchens. All rooms are fully equipped with Keurig coffee machines, flat-screen TV, refrigerator and complimentary locally made toiletries. We also have an on-site cedar sauna, and cruiser bikes are available to rent during the summer months. We recommend staying the night prior to the wedding, so that the space is yours for getting ready on the morning of your wedding. The Reception The Great Room is available to rent from 8am till 6pm for an afternoon reception. We have wedding catering packages available from Basecamp’s restaurant Rhythm & Howl (minimum 20 people). You are also allowed to bring in a different wedding caterer if preferred, however there is no kitchen onsite. The wedding site includes a small on-site service area which can be used to prepare food and beverages.
