Auberge Vancouver Hotel

Excellent customer service! Staff at the front desk were very welcoming and helpful, and housekeeping did a great job, during my 6-night stay. Microwave and coffee machine in my room was very handy; modern bathroom also great. Location is perfect for attending a work event at Vancouver's Convention Centre at Canada Place, which has a very convenient FREE shuttle bus service every 30 minutes to Capilano Suspension Bridge. Stayed here following a cruise, and very happy with the accommodations. Somehow ended up with a suite, and it was not very expensive, but it was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The front desk was extremely helpful. They stored our suitcases and extra bags for us so that we could explore the city without luggage. They even took our bags to our room after it was available. They were also more than happy to set up a taxi for us to the airport the next morning. Very happy with this stay and w

A very nice hotel. We were able to schedule a bellhop to take our luggage to the harbor for our cruise. The rooms are very clean. Everyone was very helpful, getting our room ready early for an early check-in.

Luxurious experience Pros -Beautiful view -Clean, spacious room -Swimming Pool Cons -Expensive -Dry We stayed at the King suite harbour view room. The view was amazing and such a treat to be able to look out of those giant windows every day. As beautiful as the view was, I wonder if my children would've been just as content with the city view. Speaking of children, I must warn that the windows posed a bit of a safety concern because they could've easily opened the windows and fallen out.

This location would have gotten 5 stars all around but there was some serious dust in areas that need an annual or semi annual dusting schedule at a minimum. Staff was amazing and helpful at all times. Location was great & super easy as we didn't want to rent a car, so trips were a fast Uber or taxi. They have a taxi call button they use, which is similar to other hotels, but the taxi actually shows up unlike other hotels. Great place, will stay again for sure 😀
