Tides Byron Estate is an exclusive-use wedding estate set across 22 hectares of macadamia orchards and gardens in the Byron Bay hinterland. With the Fig Tree ceremony setting, Grand Hall and private Villa, you can celebrate, dine and stay in one secluded location.
Ceremonies and wet-weather option
Exchange vows beneath our magnificent fig tree, surrounded by the estate's gardens and orchards. Ceremony benches and a signing table are provided. If the weather changes, an indoor ceremony option is available in the Villa.
Grand Hall receptions
Our purpose-built Grand Hall accommodates up to 160 guests for wedding receptions. Intimate weddings and elopements for up to 40 guests are also welcome, with the space and arrangements tailored to your celebration.
Hall hire includes tables and chairs, cutlery, glassware and dinnerware, ceremony furniture, festoon lighting, garden lighting, the onyx bar, and use of the commercial kitchen and cold room. An 11:30pm curfew applies.
Villa accommodation
The two-storey Villa offers eight bedrooms and accommodation for up to 23 guests, including additional beds. Enjoy the sunset-facing deck, infinity pool and coffee machine, with space to relax together before and after the wedding. Ask us about accommodation options for your wedding stay.
Food and drink
External catering is welcome. Food is provided by external catering suppliers and is not included in the venue hire fee. We can introduce approved local caterers, with menus arranged directly with your chosen supplier.
Tides offers four beverage packages, from basic to premium, with a range of wine, beer, cider, cocktail and non-alcoholic options. All four beverage packages include bar staff and equipment. A pre-ceremony champagne service is available as an optional upgrade.
Planning and suppliers
Our venue offering includes up to 10 hours of planning and logistics support, focused on coordinating suppliers and venue arrangements. Full wedding planning, styling and catering are separate services.
We can share our pre-approved supplier list, including stylists, transport providers, photographers, videographers and celebrants, to help you build the team for your celebration.
