Tides Byron Estate is an exclusive-use wedding estate set across 22 hectares of macadamia orchards and gardens in the Byron Bay hinterland. With the Fig Tree ceremony setting, Grand Hall and private Villa, you can celebrate, dine and stay in one secluded location.
Ceremony, reception and a two-night stay
Exchange vows beneath the Fig Tree, celebrate with up to 160 guests in the Grand Hall and enjoy two nights in the eight-bedroom Villa for approximately 20 guests, with up to 23 by extra-bed arrangement. Indoor wet-weather ceremony and reception options are available. The celebration curfew is 11:30 pm.
The Villa offers a sunset-facing deck, infinity pool and coffee machine, with space to relax together before and after your wedding.
Exclusive Estate Wedding pricing
Monday–Thursday: AUD 10,560 including GST. Friday–Sunday: AUD 14,410 including GST. These are fixed estate venue fees with no guest surcharge or recovery fee. Selected off-season dates may be available at special rates.
The package includes estate, ceremony and reception access, two Villa nights, ceremony benches and signing table, reception tables and chairs, tableware and linen, lighting and sound, onyx bar, commercial kitchen and cold room. Setup and pack-down of Tides-owned furniture and venue equipment are included.
Food, drink and venue support
Catering is arranged separately with your chosen team. Four separately priced beverage packages include bar staff, bar service and equipment. BYO and bar tabs are not available.
Up to 10 hours of venue-side planning and logistics support before your wedding helps with supplier access, venue arrangements and wet-weather planning. Venue-side operational support and an on-call venue contact are included. Full wedding planning, styling and on-the-day wedding coordination are separate services. Security may be required for events over 100 guests and is quoted separately.
Your 2028 weekend wedding gift
For Friday–Sunday weddings in 2028, choose an additional Villa night, giving you three nights together, or a complimentary Family Polaroid Experience: portraits beneath the Fig Tree using Polaroid I-2, 3 hours, 50 photographs and an album (standard price A$1,500). Choose the extra-night gift and you can add the Polaroid experience for A$1,000. Please discuss your preferred gift and extra-night dates with us when booking.
