Purpose‑built for modern, elevated weddings, The Woodhouse features an architecturally designed timber reception space with soaring ceilings, expansive windows, and a warm, refined aesthetic. Ceremonies take place lakeside, beneath paperbarks, or within landscaped gardens, each location offering its own atmosphere. After the ceremony, guests gather on the outdoor terrace for post ceremony drinks before moving inside to dine, dance, and celebrate.

Chris (and rex) took us around the property and we knew in that moment it was where we wanted to get married. Casey and Guy ran our wedding side by side they are an unstoppable team nothing was too much to ask at all! Gab and Chris have put alot of love and care into the property and into the team selected to run the venue along with the catering team at Fennel & Co! The grounds were beautiful and provided the perfect backdrop for our celebration. Casey and the team were incredible—efficient, organised, and they ensured everything went smoothly during the planning process and the wedding itself. Casey was always quick to answer our emails, no matter how many questions we had. Every detail of the venue felt intentional; the choice of ceremony areas, covered canapé area, and outdoor fireplace provided great spots for photos and relaxing. The team went above and beyond to look after our guests, but also took special care of us, bringing us drinks and handling small logistics we hadn’t even thought of. We received so many compliments on how stunning the location was and how much fun everyone had. Thank you, Woodhouse team!We couldn't have asked for a better wedding venue! Not only is there so much room for guests to move around, but you can also stay onsite the night before and night of your Wedding! This was a highlight for us as we where able to celebrate with our nearest and not rush the process. Our guests could not stop talking about the venue. Especially a big one being the convineance of having the ceremony and reception on the same site! In the lead up to the Wedding, we felt so supported! Casey was wonderful making sure we where okay and things where being looked after - especially day of! Casey was fantastic any question we had was answered immediantly. She set up our reception and ceremony spots exactly as we had immagined & calmed alll nerves during the process. Everyone who was apart of the Woodhouse for the day of our Wedding, bartenders included, where fantastic! We could not have asked for a more perfect day. Thank you The Woodhouse! One of our biggest ‘musts’ for our wedding was to have our doggies there with us. This venue has got to be the dog friendliest out there! Our pups were warmly welcomed everywhere because the beautiful bridal suite (and fair enough - it is stunning!) We so appreciated having our girls with us. The staff, though, are what sets this venue apart. Casey, you are truly the star of the Woodhouse. Couples often tell us the planning process feels calm, organised, and genuinely supported. From your first enquiry to the final farewell, our team guides you with clarity, warmth, and a sense of ease. You’ll always know what’s coming next, who to speak to, and what decisions matter most — we have regular check ins with all our couples and an event manager is onsite on your wedding day to make sure it all runs smoothly. We have your back the whole way.
How involved is your team on the wedding day?
We’re present in all the ways that matter and invisible in the moments that don’t. Our team coordinates suppliers, manages timing, sets out the table (excluding the stykling), and ensures everything flows seamlessly behind the scenes. You get to be fully present with your guests while we quietly take care of the details.
Are we Pet Friendly?
Yes, We love to include all couples Fur Babies. We believe that they are family and shouldn't miss out.

Yes. The estate layout, exclusive use, and onsite accommodation make The Woodhouse ideal for cultural ceremonies, extended celebrations, and personalised timelines. We work closely with you to honour traditions, rituals, and the flow that feels right for your family.
How do site visits work?
Site visits are private, unhurried, and tailored to you. We walk you through ceremony locations, reception spaces, accommodation, and the flow of the day. Most couples say the moment they step onto the estate, they can feel their wedding here — the calm, the space, the sense of possibility.
What happens if it rains?
You’re fully covered. The Woodhouse has a stunning open air undercover dancefloor that we use as an ceremony location in the event of rain.
