Cool climate wines are preferred by many wine lovers as they are not as over powering or rich as wines made from grapes grown in warm climates. Cool climate wines are often more complex, possessing a structure and finish that works well for a range of menus. We like to describe our wines as balanced, where the many elements are in harmony.
