Totally. Lovely decor, extremely good customer service and location fantastic. Easy walk into Ballarat. As we had a hire car, off street parking Excellent, even though it is an extra good value for money. It is an upmarket hotel but extremely good value and fantastic service.

Stayed at The Provincial Hotel on Friday night in a balcony suite . We absolutely enjoyed the room and its abundant comfort. Quality mattress ,extremely clean surroundings gorgeous renovated bathroom with spa bath. Spacious heritage suite and the luxurious balcony was exciting to sit out on overlooking the station and street. A unique property and lovely staff, handy for walking access around town. The room was thoughtfully decorated with everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

The entire team at the Provincial Hotel were brilliant. I stopped in Ballarat unexpectedly after hours and they looked after me with a gorgeous room & delicious dinner. Fantastic central location. Next time I am travelling in the region I will definitely stay here again. Thank you
