Description

Seven Spirit Bay is an iconic Northern Territory wilderness lodge and one of the first luxury lodges in the outback. Built in 1990 by a consortium of investors, the lodge has had various owners over the years and in 2015 was acquired by Outback Spirit, Australia’s leading small group tour company. A major redevelopment was then commissioned, transforming the lodge into one of the finest wilderness retreats in northern Australia. FOOD & DRINK Seven Spirit Bay’s Wawidada Pavilion enjoys an elevated position overlooking the pristine waters of Coral Bay. From here, you’ll savour delightful sea breezes and classic Northern Territory sunsets before indulging in innovative, high quality cuisine prepared by our in-house chefs. The expansive restaurant also includes a delightful lounge and bar, the perfect meeting place after a day of adventure. The wide, never-ending veranda is also a perfect spot to sit, relax and soak up the atmosphere of this magical location. PRODUCE All cuisine is prepared by the resort's in house chefs using only the finest and freshest produce, grown and caught locally where possible and also sourced from around Australia. CATCH OF THE DAY Any catches from the day's offshore or tidal river boating activities are also freshly prepared and served, often only hours after being reeled in. RESTAURANT Seven Spirit Bay's main lodge restaurant is strategically positioned to take advantage of some of the best water and sunset views the Northern Territory has to offer. LOUNGE & BAR Our lounge and bar area boasts an extensive wine and beverage selection and features a wide, never ending veranda that's perfect for perching up at and relaxing.
