Restaurant Cuvee with its beautiful sandstone walls and exposed timber beams is an ideal backdrop for a reception for an intimate gathering of 20 to a larger event of 100. Since 1995 Peterson House has been producing fine traditional method sparkling wines and also specialises in seasonal offerings of red varieties of sparkling Shiraz, Cabernet, Merlot and Chambourcin.
