Whether you’re planning a sophisticated plated dinner, a generous shared feast or a vibrant cocktail celebration, our menus can be customised to suit your preferences, including cultural and international cuisines, modern Australian menus and relaxed casual dining options.
We do also allow external food providers approved by Mint & Mingle.

We absolutely loved the venue, especially the stunning garden area, which is a short walk to the reception area with its beautiful decorative pool and indoor bar! The venue itself didn’t need any decorations because it was already so beautiful. The bridal suite was an added bonus, giving us a comfortable space to prepare before the big day. Our guests haven’t stopped talking about how incredible everything looked and how well everything flowed! We loved the garden party vibe that transitioned into the party atmosphere we wanted for our cocktail style wedding! Tim, Laura and the entire team were incredible to work with; so organised, warm and genuinely invested in making the day seamless. What is Grow’s capacity?
Inside capacity is 120 guests with a dance floor, or 140 seated without a dance floor. Including the outdoor (uncovered) pool deck, we can host up to 200 guests standing. Please note, tables and chairs are included for 100 guests.
How long can I have the space?
We offer both daytime and evening event allocations. Exact durations are subject to availability and venue requirements.
How do weddings typically run at Grow?
Most weddings start with a ceremony around 5:00–5:30pm, with the reception finishing at midnight. Shorter or extended times can be arranged subject to availability and licensing.
Is the outdoor area covered?
The pool deck is currently uncovered. A clear span marquee works beautifully in this space, and we can assist with a quote if required.
Can guests swim in the pool?
The pool is for display purposes only. Waterproof decorations (e.g. balloons) can be used but must be removed after the event.
Do you have an easel for welcome signage?
We offer a white wire arch backdrop which can be used for welcome signage.
Can we use our own caterer or self-cater?
We offer in-house catering with a range of options, along with trusted food partners. DIY catering is not permitted. All beverages must be managed by our team, and external caterers must be approved by Mint & Mingle.
