Grow Event Space in Cheltenham, one of the greenest Melbourne suburb, is an attractive oasis with indoor and outdoor wedding spaces, luxury, minimalist design and tranquil atmosphere. The venue has capacities for both intimate, casual and formal, large affairs.

The Grow works with the in-house caterer, Mint and Mingle, and delivers exceptional food and drinks, tailored to your budget and preferences. The caterer also prepares specific cultural and global cuisines menu, casual menu options and traditional meals, to suit all couples at the Grow.
Food packages at the Grow are priced based on the day of the week, season and your wedding style.
In addition, the Grow has a list of pre-approved wedding vendors for florists, equipment hire, photography and entertainment. Request a custom quote and a sample menu from the Grow function manager.
Inside capacity is 120 guests with a dance floor, or 140 seated without a dance floor. Including the outdoor (uncovered) pool deck, we can host up to 200 guests standing. Please note, tables and chairs are included for 100 guests.
We offer both daytime and evening event allocations. Exact durations are subject to availability and venue requirements.
Most weddings start with a ceremony around 5:00–5:30pm, with the reception finishing at midnight. Shorter or extended times can be arranged subject to availability and licensing.
The pool deck is currently uncovered. A clear span marquee works beautifully in this space, and we can assist with a quote if required.
The pool is for display purposes only. Waterproof decorations (e.g. balloons) can be used but must be removed after the event.
We offer a white wire arch backdrop which can be used for welcome signage.
We offer in-house catering with a range of options, along with trusted food partners. DIY catering is not permitted. All beverages must be managed by our team, and external caterers must be approved by Mint & Mingle.
