Thank you for all, especially "one of your Staff - Lisa" who was so much kind enough who did try her best to squeeze us for our earlier check-ins. As, coming from Darwin to a freezing cold weather, Melbourne and staying outside the hotel with two little kid was very tough for us. She was so generous to us.
