Wish to see you all again in the future.

Thank you for all, especially "one of your Staff - Lisa" who was so much kind enough who did try her best to squeeze us for our earlier check-ins. As, coming from Darwin to a freezing cold weather, Melbourne and staying outside the hotel with two little kid was very tough for us. She was so generous to us. Friendly staff, nead and tidy room made our short trip to Melbourne satisfied. Wish to see you all again in the future. Thanks heaps...

The staff were very courteous and friendly. The room was well presented and comfortable. The hotel location was close to the trams. All in all a pleasant stay.

Pleasant stay at the Mercure.

Pleasant stay at the Mercure. Clean room with nice sofa and desk. Great for a business trip/staying for a conference. Friendly staff. Tasty breakfast with good variety. The Mortimer's bar is good value with Accor plus discounts.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay at your venue whilst attending a wedding. The service was fantastic and the hotel was kept very clean. We needed to stay an extra night and the staff were very accomdating. We shall return cheers

Loved the room and what a view!

Loved the room and what a view! They catered to the needs of our newborn and the buffet breakfast was so yummy! We came for a wedding but we plan to come back soon just because we enjoyed ourselves so much. Thank you!
