The worst hotel experience of my life. THICK BLACK MOULD caked on the curtains and all over the bathroom walls and ceiling. Absolutely disgusting and so dangerous to breathe mould. I told receptionist as soon as I noticed the mould, and the Asian boy that was working at the desk just stared at me like he was stupid. I had to tell him to swap my room... when I entered the new room, again mould everywhere.

Andy at Reception was so polite, welcoming, helpful and well spoken. We arrived far too early, due to a flight change, but we were allowed to leave our bags and coats while we went across the road for some brunch. We returned 2 hours later, and although still too early for check in, he very kindly said that a room was ready for us.
