Accommodating up to 32 guests across 15 luxurious king suites, Greystone seamlessly blends the warmth of a private retreat with the sophistication of a boutique luxury hotel. Tim and I are SO thankful for all of your hard work on the day of our wedding and leading up. The property was absolutely phenomenal and our guests staying on site (and at the wedding) were raving about Greystone. I wish I could go back and do it all over again. It has such a modern, elegant feel. There are so many incredible features across the property. Every part of the venue feels thoughtfully designed, and no matter where you are on the property, it looks amazing. It truly created the most perfect backdrop for our day. We feel so lucky to have been married at Greystone Estate and couldn’t recommend it more highly. It was literally our dream venue all in one. The estate itself is absolutely stunning. We would do it 10x over. We spent from Friday night to Sunday night/Monday at the venue & there was zero regrets. The team were nothing short of amazing and the chef provided some of the best food I have ever had in my life. The wedding blues feel reel that I won’t see this staff & do it all over again!!The venue was everything we could have dreamed of, we are so glad & grateful we were able to make our promises on site. Can we host pre- or post- wedding events onsite?
Yes. You are welcome to host pre- and post-wedding gatherings onsite; however, these events are limited to the 32 guests staying in the accommodation.
Do we need to hire a marquee or furniture?
No. We have a purpose-built function room that seats up to 125 guests comfortably. It includes air conditioning, a power generator, and expansive views over the gardens, providing the perfect all-weather wedding venue. No need to worry about, rain, humidity or wind! Plus, all essential furniture is included! Greystone Estate provides up to 100 ceremony chairs, reception furniture for up to 125 guests, as well as bars, cocktail furniture and tableware.
Do you offer on-site accommodation for weddings?
Yes. Greystone Estate offers luxury on-site accommodation for with 15 luxury king suites, sleeping 32 guests in total. Ideal for couples who want to host a multi-day wedding celebration where their closest family and friends can stay together.
What happens if it rains on my wedding day?
Greystone Estate has a beautiful undercover air pavilion that can accommodate up to 125 guests, allowing you to hold your ceremony outdoors while staying completely protected from the weather. This space can also be used for your cocktail hour immediately after the ceremony, so there’s no need to move guests indoors early.
Your reception is held inside our purpose-built function room, which overlooks the gardens, meaning you still enjoy the atmosphere of a garden wedding no matter what the weather brings.
Do you host cultural or multicultural weddings?
Yes. Greystone Estate proudly hosts cultural, religious, and multicultural weddings. Our team works closely with couples and their vendors to ensure traditions and cultural celebrations are embodied throughout their day.
Is there parking available?
Yes. We have ample onsite parking plus overflow capacity for approximately 50 cars.
Are dogs allowed on the property?
Your fur friends are more than welcome for your ceremony and photos.
However, they are not permitted inside the accommodation or the function centre, and must remain on a leash at all times.
Is Greystone Estate accessible for guests with mobility needs?
Yes, the entire estate is accessible excluding upstairs in the cottages.
We also offer a room with an accessible bathroom.
Can we BYO alcohol?
Outside of wedding hours, you are welcome to BYO alcohol.
During the wedding, all beverages must be supplied through our curated beverage packages.
Do you have a catering team?
Yes we have an amazing in-house catering team who will cater your wedding day and is available to cater your welcome dinner or recovery brunch.
