Is there parking available at the venue?
Yes. The car park is owned by Parks Victoria and shared with the Albert Park Golf Course. It offers approximately 115 spaces and requires payment via the meter.
Monday to Friday hourly rate (8AM - 5PM): $6.20 per hour
Monday to Friday evening rates (5PM - 9PM): $6.20 flat rate
Weekend all day rate: $6.20 flat rate
Party time is over at...
Greenfields Albert Park is licensed to operate until 1:00 AM.
Are there any styling restrictions?
Greenfields Albert Park prohibits the use of open flame candles within the venue. All candles must be contained within a glass vessel, jar, or similar enclosure.
Can you hold a wedding ceremony onsite?
Yes. We offer both indoor and outdoor ceremony spaces:
Outdoor: Sunset Deck with views of the golf course
Indoor: Sunlounge, also overlooking the course
Wet Weather Option: We offer two ceremony spaces, both indoor and outdoor. Our outdoor option features the stunning Sunset Deck, which overlooks the picturesque Albert Park Golf Course. Alternatively, our indoor option is the Sunlounge, providing the same breathtaking views of the golf course.
Bringing a cake or dessert cart to Greenfields?
Greenfields Albert Park is pleased to offer complimentary roaming cakeages for all onsite weddings.
If you wish to bring in an external supplier, such as a gelato cart, a fee of $250 will apply. Prior approval from your Event Manager is required.
Additionally, all external suppliers must provide Greenfields Albert Park with a copy of their public liability insurance and food handlers certificate prior to the event.
Greenfields Albert Park adheres to strict food safety and licensing regulations. As such, we do not permit home-baked goods on the premises.
Can we taste your menu?
Greenfields Albert Park offers exclusive group menu tastings throughout the year, providing couples the opportunity to sample a curated selection of dishes from our wedding menu. These tastings are designed to assist you in making your selections.
Our group menu tasting experience is priced at $160 per person. You will be contacted in the lead-up to your special day with details on booking a place.
Bump In / Bump Out
Greenfields Albert Park provides the following standard access times for events:
Bump In (Setup): 2 hours prior to your event
Bump Out (Pack Down): 1 hour after your event
If you require additional time for setup or pack down, this can be arranged at a rate of $400 per hour, subject to approval by your Event Manager in advance.
Please note:
Extra time must be approved at least two weeks prior to your event.
We cannot extend event hours on the day unless pre-approved by your Event Manager.
Storage:
Greenfields has limited onsite storage. Deliveries may be accepted the day before your event and pickups the day after, but this is subject to availability and must be coordinated with your Event Manager. Please be aware that Greenfields cannot take responsibility for any items left onsite.
