Enzian Hotel Mt Buller

I found the staff extremely helpful, thoughtful and always happy to assist their patrons, me included. My room was clean and tidy, the view was fantastic, with a price that was fair and reasonable. Very close to all amenities and ski areas, no need to wait for the bus. Would certainly stay here again!

This place is fantastic. We had such an enjoyable, pleasant and memorable time. From the moment we met Ann and the team she made us feel right at home. Nothing was ever too much trouble and she went above and beyond to ensure our time spent here would be one to remember. The facilities are great and clean, the drying room is huge and they have a restaurant onsite. Our room included a kitchen and a bedroom with a double bed and bunks off this room was ensuite which was great as well...

Fantastic staff!! Ann was so friendly and really engaged with her guests and recommended some great places. Tony, Louis and Avery were very friendly, helpful and made our stay so much fun especially in the bar in the hotel at night. We were a large group off kids, young adults and adults and we all had such an amazing stay!

Ann and her team were absolutely excellent in making us feel so welcome , the service from all the staff Tony, Avery and Louie was so friendly. We would recommend this hotel to all, very family friendly, Ann was great with helpful advise on places to go and really enjoyed her time with the guests. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The location was good and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
