Can we really do things our own way?
100%. Want a marquee? It's already there. Lawn games? Yes please. Food trucks, grazing tables, live music, barefoot dancing — we’re here for it. If it matters to you, it matters to us.
What’s the vibe at Craignair?
Relaxed, welcoming, and a little bit magical. It’s the kind of place where guests kick off their shoes, soak in the scenery, and settle in for a really good celebration.
How involved are you in the process?
We’re here as much or as little as you need. Want guidance and ideas? We’ve got you. We've got a list of excellent suppliers from the Macedon Ranges, we can source wine for you, recommend a florist and an excellent band, and recommend some excellent catering and food truck options. Prefer to take the reins and do your own thing? We love that too. No pressure, no hovering — just support when you want it.
Is accomodation included in the price?
Yes, we have on-site accommodation for up to 14 people in our cabin, guest house, cottage and glamping tents.
How do we hire toilets, furniture, a dancefloor, cutlery and glasses?
No problem, we have your sorted! We have pretty much everything you will need available on-site to hire, from port-a-loos, cool room, tables, chairs, cutlery, crockery, glasses, table clothes, vases, water jugs and best of all, a light-up flashing dancefloor to dance the night away.
Is parking available for our guests?
Yes! We have a car park located right at the front of our property.
How much does it cost to book Craignair and are there any hidden costs?
It's $5,000 during the week to hire the property for a wedding, which includes access to the 10 acre estate, a permanent marquee and accomodation for 1 night for up to 14 guests.

Whether you’re wanting a formal sit down dinner in the marquee, an afternoon tea in the magnificent gardens, bringing in food trucks, or just want a relaxed, no-fuss celebration — if you value flexibility, creativity, and a good vibe, you’ll fit right in here.
