Fantastic location for walkers and luxury nature appreciators alike. Enjoy views of the snow capped Cradle Mountain sitting in the bar by the fireplace. Get to the bar before happy hour for best view tables (16:30 to 17:30). Premier Rooms are modern and well designed, cosy with ample radiator heaters (we visited in winter) and surrounded by mossy forest. Great place to stay. Amazing Staff and wonderful rooms

Great place. I booked the premium spa cabin and it was wonderful! The layout was fantastic! I really loved the reading/lounging nook at the edge next to the window. It’s like being outdoors but in the warm comfort of your room! The room was super clean and so was the spa in the middle of the room. I really appreciated it after long walks during the day. The bed was very comfy. Towels are fluffy. Nice fake fire next to a fairly complete and well appointed kitchen. Love the very solitary feel...

The service from the entire team was first-rate from check in to dinner and checking out. The team in the restaurant were amazing and were very helpful in helping us to also plan our activities in the national park. The room set up amongst the wilderness was the icing in the cake. A huge thanks to the whole team and we will definitely be back for a longer stay next time.
