Brooklands: A Hidden Gem for Weddings & Dining!

Brooklands is better known for weddings and conventions, but the shall restaurant is a gem. Quiet and cosy and the food is always super. My porterhouse steak was perfectly cooked a point, the red wine jus delicious, the chips perfect. A dainty Panacotta with berries was a perfect end. Why wouldn't I go back for more?
