It was a definitely an ideal location

I don't normally write reviews but I thought I should write one this time as I expect people will check the reviews first. I recently stayed at this hotel for 2 nights and it was a great experience. The price was reasonable even though we booked during public holiday. It was a definitely an ideal location as it was so close to everything, like, MacDonalds, KFC, Krispy Kreme, Woolworths, tram and you can't forget about the Southern Cross station.

Very quiet despite being very central, just next to the train main station. The price was good and the room was very comfortable. The service was amazing and the staff was very nice and helpful to us lost tourists.

The staff were seriously amazing

After a dreadful experience at a different hotel I booked a room here very late on a Saturday night. The staff were seriously amazing. Kind and understanding. They even gave me an upgrade to a king sized bed with premium view. Now that is going above and beyond. Cannot fault the room or service. I’ll be coming back here every time. Thank you.

the service is top notch.

My partner and I stayed for a week here and it was great. Staff is very helpful and the service is top notch. Rooms are modern with new fixtures and climate control. Daily housekeeping if required with laundry facilities for guest use. Bar downstairs provides an excellent place to unwind with a couple drinks. Two seperate eating areas are provided for breakfast and lunch/dinners. Ideally located near Southern Cross Station and only minutes walk to Crown Casino or Bourke St Mall. Highly recommend
