Austinvilla Estate provides personalised service and offers timely consultations with their in-house team of wedding planners and coordinators. You can choose to meet up in person or via Zoom to discuss details and get help with planning all the details of your special day. Couples have a range of different options for their choice of wedding, apart from full reception: - Elopement only - Ceremony for 20 people, and optional champagne toast and grazing station, available from Sunday to Wednesday - Micro weddings - Morning or Afternoon celebrations for 40 people with optional toast, food station, accommodation, etc. Full reception wedding package at Austinvilla Estate include: - Exclusive venue and grounds used for 6 hours - Golf caddy for transport and photo shooting - Wedding coordinator - Ceremony space set up - All furniture - Regal suite for the couple - AV equipment - Pop-up bar Catering at Austinvilla Estate Food and beverages aren't included in the packages, and you can choose between their wedding menus: - Feasting menu with canapes at pre-reception - Alternate drop with canapes at pre-reception - Canapes only There are also optional upgrades for the food menu, such as wedding cake, donuts and gelato station. For drinks, couples can choose standard and premium beverage selections for a prepaid bar tab, with a minimum spend requirement. The drinks extra include a champagne tower, vintage drink station, beer toast, cocktail, toast, etc. Additional wedding events, such as cocktail poolside parties and rehearsal dinners come with a fee, and details can be discussed with the Austinvilla Estate sales team.
