Ardeena originates from the word ‘Arden’, Celtic for ‘highlands’ and is also inspired by Shakespeare’s Forest of Arden – a place of magic and beauty – all of which you will discover when you arrive at this spectacular, secluded location. Set high amongst the clouds at 1100 feet above sea level, just like the Ardennes in France, Ardeena is located near the peak of Mt Carool with breathtaking ocean and hinterland views and 77 acres of lush open fields and untouched rainforest. The Ardeena Pavillion is an exclusive setting for your special day or event, bound only by your imagination, with stunning ceremony locations, your choice of indoor, covered outdoor or flat lawn reception options. Ardeena is located just 16 kms from the Coolangatta airport and beaches. INFORMATION WEDDING INFORMATION - FLORALS, STYLING, CATERING, MUSIC & CEREMONY GUIDELINES We ask that you please adhere to these guidelines for all floral/foliage installations, styling and your ceremony. A copy of this document is to be provided to your florist and/or stylist. BUMP IN & OUT All DIY styling (as agreed by Ardeena) must be undertaken by the wedding party. - Bump in and out times are to be agreed upon and approved by Ardeena. - Furniture delivery will be required at set times to allow for wedding day cohesion with all suppliers. - Bump out to be complete by no later than 11:30 pm (NSW time) on the night of the wedding. FLOWERS & STYLING - All installations require prior approval so we may discuss rigging points and weight limits etc. with the supplier; - The only tape allowed to stick floral/foliage to the walls is white cloth tape (Bunning’s only) this must be removed by midnight on the wedding evening; - All ladders/installation equipment are to be on protective blankets [...]
