Adeline Estate is a private 80-acre wedding venue on the edge of Lovedale, created for relaxed wedding weekends of approximately 40–120 guests.
Couples have exclusive use from Friday to Sunday, giving you time to set up, celebrate and enjoy the property without sharing it with another event.
Venue hire is $8,800 including GST and includes the homestead, accommodation for up to 13 guests, outdoor ceremony and reception spaces, amenities block, kitchen area, dancefloor, bar, tables, power, water and firepit areas.
Choose your own caterers, food trucks, bar service, florist, stylist and other suppliers. BYO alcohol is welcome, optional spider marquees are available, and additional glamping can be arranged through external suppliers.

What makes Adeline Estate different from a traditional wedding venue?
Adeline Estate gives you exclusive use of an 80-acre private estate from Friday to Sunday. You have time to set up, celebrate and enjoy the weekend without sharing the property with another wedding or being rushed through a short venue booking.
How much does wedding venue hire cost?
Wedding venue hire is $8,800 including GST for a Friday-to-Sunday exclusive-use wedding weekend.
What is included in the venue hire?
Venue hire includes the homestead, accommodation for up to 13 guests, amenities block, kitchen area, dancefloor, bar, tables, power, water and firepit areas. Chairs, catering, styling and other hired items are arranged separately.
How many wedding guests can Adeline Estate accommodate?
Adeline Estate is suited to weddings of approximately 40–120 guests, with space for outdoor and marquee-style celebrations.
Can we choose our own caterers and suppliers?
Yes. You’re free to choose your own caterers, food trucks, bar service, florist, stylist, celebrant, photographer and other suppliers. We can also recommend providers familiar with this style of wedding.
Can we bring our own alcohol?
Yes, BYO alcohol is welcome and there is no corkage charge. Alcohol must be served responsibly by appropriately RSA-qualified staff.
Where can we hold our ceremony?
You can choose from several natural outdoor ceremony settings, including beneath a feature tree, beside the dam or within the forest.
What reception and wet-weather options are available?
Receptions can be held outdoors or under a marquee. Optional spider marquees are available, or you can arrange a larger marquee through an external supplier. We’ll help you consider the layout and wet-weather plan before the wedding.
How much time do we have to set up and pack down?
You have exclusive use from Friday to Sunday, giving you time to set up before the wedding and pack down the following day without trying to complete everything within a few hours.
How many guests can stay onsite?
Up to 13 guests can stay across the homestead and two furnished bell tents. If you’d like more guests onsite, an external supplier can create a larger glamping village for your wedding weekend which can be up to 30 people over night.
