The Hotel is a very beautiful 5-star hotel

The Hotel is a very beautiful 5-star hotel, the ambience of the hotel is what catches your eye when you first enter, the style is unique compared to other hotels. The outdoor space is amazing, from very nice views of the union buildings. The staff is very welcoming and offer a great service, you will definitely enjoy your stay here.

The outdoor space is incredible, which includes a water fountain and breathtaking view of the iconic Union Buildings. Absolutely inspiring service and with warm hearted employees who seem to love coming to work here almost as much as I enjoy staying at this powerhouse establishment.... if not more. Big Thank you to all who dedicate themselves making Sheraton Hotel Pretoria the oasis it is now, and forever more.

The Hotel Staff were friendly and quick

We visited the Sheraton for the first time recently, over New Year’s Eve to be exact. We had such a noteworthy and memorable time, with a top-notch view once/when the city came alive. The overall experience was fabulous and I’d recommend the Sheraton Pretoria to anyone. The Hotel Staff were friendly and quick, courteous and very helpful at all times. We were especially delighted by the Restaurant — excellent food at great prices. We'll be back soon!
