Beautiful room for conference and customer service

I was here for a work conference and what a beautiful room & great customer service. Ms. Ruby was really helpful & very kind. Would recommend staying here

Never stayed at a better hotel, amazing place !

We have never stayed at a better hotel. This place is amazing! We have stayed in lots of hotels, and this is the only one I will allow my kids to walk barefoot on the carpet, that is saying something. Front desk staff were amazing! Every staff member we encountered was happy to be there and made our stay great.

Nice hotel with great staff, everyone was helpful

This is a nice hotel with a great staff. From check-in to the time we left everyone was great and helpful. The pool is on the 5th floor on the deck. The valets are also wonderful they were friendly, unassuming, and informative. Lennard was one of the best of the staff. He was quite helpful and understanding of my concerns. He made me feel like telling people that if you want a great customer service experience, this hotel is the place.

We are planning for a wedding we contacted so many hotels near the galleria and we like royal sonesta. What made us like it ALANNA MARTINDALE she had great customer service she was fast to respond excellent communication Other hotels still have not called us back 5 star for the hotel and 5 star for Alanna
