The resort is stunning and staff

On arrival at the hotel we were disappointed and we had some mis communications from staff and the restaurants were all fully booked for Christmas Eve and Christmas day (important to book way in advance). However, a wonderful staff member - Jillian - was incredible and resolved all our problems by being proactive and thoughtful and caring about our family experience at the resort. This place is perfection

This place is perfection. I didn't want to leave. We had a standard room and it was wonderful. Spacious, great seating in the sun on the deck. Comfortable and spotless clean. The grounds are beautiful and the staff was super friendly. Can't wait to return one day.

Top notch EVERYTHING!

Top notch EVERYTHING! From the staff, to the food, to the rooms and amenities, everything was amazing. We came for our 10 year wedding anniversary. Elliott and the rest of the front desk staff gave us their full attention any time we needed anything. The spa was great, needs some updating but we did get whiff from the nail tech that a spa renovation is in the works. If you’re staying on grounds, the spa amenities are $50.00/day. My husband and I got married at the Camelback on Saturday, 12/19/2020. After initially planning & having to cancel everything in our home state of FL, we moved our entire wedding to AZ site unseen so that our closest relatives could attend (travel concerns due to COVID).
