Holiday Inn Express & Suites - Suisun City, an IHG Hotel

Wonderful experience. Not sure why this is a 2.5-star hotel. Seems much more like 3 stars. Very clean, brand new facilities on the waterfront make this feel like a luxury stay. Hot breakfast with real food was worth $10-$15 per person at least, so if you factor that in, the room rate is very reasonable. Indoor pool was an added bonus for our Thanksgiving trip. Will stay here again!

We had a terrible AirBnb experience nearby and booked this hotel while vacating the AirBnb. This Holiday Inn was so nice. The beds were so comfortable my daughter asked me to order one of the mattresses. The staff was all very friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean and felt very safe. Breakfast was yummy and above the standard hotel breakfast. I will hands down return to this hotel the next time I am in the area.

Very clean and modern hotel. The room is huge compared to most standard hotel. I was impressed with the layout of the room even with 2 double queen beds. The beds are very comfortable including soft new pillows. Unlike some other hotel, I appreciate their morning fresh coffee and hot water which they check every 1/2 hour. The only thing that would need to do is please replace ice machine and water dispenser filters. They don’t taste good. Thank you.

Today I came here after a 12+ hour drive and after an issue with a room at another company. Juanita (I believe her name is) at the front desk was so kind, helpful and accommodating. The management also helped me with my Expedia issue. The property inside and out is spotless including the rooms. I'm so happy I chose to stay here. Thank you!
