Warm welcome, would give 6 stars, great stay !

Lovely, clean and comfortable hotel. The most modern in design aesthetic that I have experienced as a Platinum member and frequent traveler. Warm welcome at the front desk, inviting fireplace in lobby as you step inside. The new, LED lighting on her floors make it brightly lit, but still warm. Plenty of accent lighting in my room, and super clean too. If IHG Wouk just choose better bathroom tissue than the sandpaper they all seem to choose, I’d give this hotel 6 stars! Great stay overall.

Nice place to stay, highly recommend !

Very nice and clean place to stay. Took us in when nobody else would cuz we were last minute booking and everything else was fully booked. The employees were really nice and understanding, and they helped us with everything we would ask for. Highly recommend.

Amazing staff, always accommodating and helpful

This property and front desk staff is amazing. Edgar is always on point to help out. Always very accommodating and helpful. Greeding with the smile and very caring. I’m a flight attendant and he always makes my stay pleasant. He should get a raise:-). Thank you Edgar for always being professional and caring about every guest and going above and beyond. One day even went so above and beyond that got me shuttle time changed so I wouldn’t have to sit at the airport.

Very professional and caring staff !

My family and missed a flight and ended up staying here. All the staff we have encountered here have been very polite, professional, and caring from the man at the front desk, to the cleaning staff! I would especially like to say that (Mirella) who staffed the kitchen and breakfast area this morning was spectacular! She worked with me to find options that would work for my son who has celiac disease, and even went out of her way and cooked a whole new batch of season-less potatoes.

Modern and new hotel, friendly staff

The hotel itself is relatively new, and it truly shows. The entire property is clean, modern, and well-maintained. The moment I stepped into the lobby, I was greeted by a friendly and professional staff, who made me feel welcomed and ensured a smooth check-in process. My room was nothing short of wonderful. It was evident that cleanliness is a top priority for the hotel. The linens were fresh, the bathroom spotless, and the overall layout was both comfortable and stylish.
