The Tin Shed, Knockraich Farm Full Description

Exclusive hire of the Tin shed, bothy and gardens including the day before your wedding to set up and decorate and the day after your wedding to clear down. Tin Shed wedding hire cost includes; licensed bar, tables, chairs, benches, decorative archway, bistro lighting, log burning stove, wedding coordinator and venue staff. Accommodation is available on site for the bridal party and a local accommodation guide is provided. The venue has an indoor bothy for wedding ceremonies and also stunning gardens for outdoor ceremonies so we are sorted whatever the weather. The Tin Shed offers a beautiful and relaxed space for dining and dancing. A great floor for dancing, great acoustics for the band and a licensed bar within the same space. Some lovely additional features available include an outdoor firepit for toasting marshmallows, a selection of traditional garden games or why not include our unique ice cream cart as part of your canapes and reception using ice cream made on the farm. Weddings are personal and we aim to help you create the day that you want. Entirely bespoke and stress free.

The most amazing venue!

We got married at the Tin Shed in August 2023 and we could not have wished for a more perfect wedding weekend. The venue is in the most beautiful setting, surrounded by stunning scenery at the fabulous Knockraich Farm. Helena was so helpful and helped us put everything together for our perfect day. The staff were all so friendly and helpful and the onsite accommodation is lovely. We would highly recommend this venue and if we were to do it all again we’d definitely choose to do it at The Tin Shed!

The best day ever!

Where to even start! Having worked a couple of weddings at The Tin Shed already, I knew this was the venue for us! Not only is the venue simply stunning, Helena and the team are wonderful and just make the day even better! I never had a doubt or worry as Helena was already on it! Given we opted for the outdoor ceremony and Scottish weather wasn’t being too kind to us, Helena and the team were so quick and on it to keep the seats dry and capture a dry spell for the ceremony. We could dress the venue as we pleased, not that we really felt we needed to do much! Such a relaxed and friendly atmosphere, and every guest commented on the gorgeous scenery around them!

The BEST Day! 🌿🤍

My husband and I got married at The Tin Shed at Knockraich and it was genuinely the best day of our lives. Helena and the team were so attentive and looked after us from the day before the wedding until we left the day after. Nothing was too much trouble and when our crockery was late to show up, Helena made sure it was out in time for our reception. In addition to this, we had misplaced our drinks tokens and without discussion Helena and the team had sorted an alternative. We have such amazing memories of The Tin Shed and would recommend it to any couple looking for a quieter venue that can cater for a personalised day! We cannot recommend the Tin Shed enough as a wedding venue. We have the most beautiful memories of our special day here and love that we are able to come back to visit for lunch or stay at one of the apartments.

Our wedding at Knockraich Farm was an amazing experience, thanks to the stunning venue and the fantastic team. The venue itself is a bride and groom's dream. Set in a breathtaking location, its versatility allows for complete personalisation, ensuring your day is uniquely yours. The layout, featuring the ceremony in the Piggery, reception drinks in the garden, and evening celebrations in the rustic barn, created a perfect flow to our day. Helena, our primary contact at Knockraich Farm, was an absolute gem - her flexibility and organisation made the entire process a breeze. The team working on the day of our wedding were also fantastic. They seamlessly executed everything we had requested which meant we could fully enjoy the day. We cannot recommend Knockraich Farm enough for anyone looking for a wedding venue that offers beauty, versatility, and a team dedicated to making your day as special as ours was. Our heartfelt thanks to Helena and the entire team!

Completely perfect

It was the most unique and beautiful venue. Helena couldn’t have been more helpful in the run up to the wedding or on the day. I’m a complete control freak but I didn’t have to lift a finger or worry about anything. The day was completely perfect. We have had so many amazing comments on the venue and how it felt just like us and that was down the the help we got from Helena to really tailor it to us. It’s our happiest memory!
